Maureen O’Connor

Maureen O’Connor is Counsel in the Reinsurance Litigation Group of Travelers where she analyzes and administers a variety of complex reinsurance legal matters directly affecting The Travelers Companies, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Travelers, Maureen spent seven years in private law practice, during which time she specialized in Reinsurance and Insurance Litigation. Maureen received her B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board Executive Committee and served as Assistant Managing Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. She recently co-authored an ARIAS Quarterly cover article entitled “Preparing a Reasoned Award” (ARIAS·U.S. Q., 4th Quarter 2007, Vol. 14, No. 4).
