Lorraine Barnett

Lorraine Barnett is President and CEO of, Legal Guardian, Incorporated, a specialty company which is fast becoming the leader in legal expense control and litigation management. She works closely with the chief legal officers of corporations in helping them to improve their bottom line by deliberate and structured legal expense reduction.

She is also an American Attorney At Law, admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey, New York and Washington, DC. A former state and federal court arbitrator, Ms. Barnett has enjoyed a notably diverse career as both a litigator and law office manager for a major insurance company. Through Legal Guardian, Inc., she presently provides  services to several insurance and reinsurance companies in the United States and Europe. In this capacity she assists those companies in reducing and controlling their legal expenses primarily by demonstrating to their outside legal counsel, ways in which they might work more efficiently.
